I'm 5'10 207lbs. I go to the gym 4 times a week and do cardio about once or twice a week, however I've being eating bad. I want to cut down and hopefully get a 6-pac I'm thinking I need to lose between 15-20 lbs. I've done this diet before and went from 213 to 202 in six weeks. I plan on going to the gym 4 times a week plus running outside after each workout for 3-4 miles. I will follow this diet for 4 weeks. Well here is my diet let me know what you guys think or if you have any suggestions. Thanks.
