I'm 5'10 207lbs. I go to the gym 4 times a week and do cardio about once or twice a week, however I've being eating bad. I want to cut down and hopefully get a 6-pac I'm thinking I need to lose between 15-20 lbs. I've done this diet before and went from 213 to 202 in six weeks. I plan on going to the gym 4 times a week plus running outside after each workout for 3-4 miles. I will follow this diet for 4 weeks. Well here is my diet let me know what you guys think or if you have any suggestions. Thanks.

Split up the shake and chicken breast post workout into two meals, and you need more fat than that if you are low carbing. At least add a fat source to the meals that are just chicken breasts.

Lucky I have no problem with my taking shits I usually go like at least twice a day, but I guess I could add some steam veggies which would add 15g of carbs. Should I add some walnuts to the mix when I have my chicken breast?

I don't know how some people can afford 3 chicken breasts a day....

Add some healthy fats. Maybe swap a breast for a salmon fillet and throw in an avacado or something.

    MOAR veggies.

I go to Costco and get a bag of 20 chicken breast individual wrapped for cheap.... so they are prefect to throw in the freezer and just take them out as you need them.

Last time I did the diet I didn't feel like eating because I felt so full all the time. That is what helped me actually do it for 6 weeks last time I never felt like cheating because I was hungry. The hard part is bring food with you on the weekends to stay on schedule, during the work days its really easy to follow.

eating the same thing over and over again is very hard for me... plus i remember reading that the body reacts better to change, if you routinely feed yourself the same thing, your body will adjust and accept it as normal..

    Add carbs post workout
Add another 2-3 cups green veggies throughout
Ditch muscle milk before bed and have a pro/fat meal

The chicken breast that I cook are larger than the ones that I get at the restaurant that I go to for lunch.
