Rate my clean bulk v. Diet

    Keep in mind there is probably less fat on that meat as I trim it off. Also I'm going to be switching to chicken soon. Also my whole wheat pasta has some pasta sauce with meat in there.

    looks good, the fat may be a bit low but if you can manage to keep to that diet all the best

    :werd: i get 1000 calories more with what seems like less food. I am taking in like 400 grams of fat though :o

    Idk.. I'm tryin to keep my saturated fats relatively low.

    I've only been eating around 80g/day and most of it is from peanut butter.

    If you want more fat, you can eat almonds. They have a lot of Monounsautrated fat.

    The Ronzoni Healthy Harvest stuff is super good too, got a huge box of it at costco, tastes exactly like regular pasta, I was pretty blown away.

    The Ronzini is no even close to tasting as good as the barilla multigrain ones.
