Rate my chest routine.

    Incline DB
    80lbs 2x8-10
    85lbs 1x8

    Flat DB
    85lbs 1x8
    90lbs 2x8

    Decline Barbell
    185 1x8
    205 2x7-8

    Incline DB fly
    45 2x8
    50 1x8

    I am going for the typical square looking chest looks wise.. anything else I should add to get that, or do my genetics just suck.

    Also, I have been doing mostly DB lately because I don't feel like the excercises hit my chest as much with Barbell.

    A++++ Would read again!!!



    Square look has to do with genetics. Do flat flys over the incline. Change things up instead of decline do dips.
