Rate my calorie to fat to carb ratio. V. cutting

    i'm 5'10 210 pounds. I will also have a strawberry smoothey with 20 grams of whey. Trying to lose weight. Want to cut to 180.

    macros look fine but 1500 cals is not alot

    1500 cals (plus smoothie) a day is too low

    cut the smoothie, more protein and fats

    i'm no expert on what a good cal range for you is but i would say at least 2200-2300 unless you want to kill off whatever muscle mass you have.

    Was aiming for 2000 calories. I even ate a big ass steak. Its hard to hit 2k without eating mcdonalds. What should I have instead of or with the smoothey?

    eat eggs, egg whites, on whey, etc

    What the hell it's hard to hit 2k calories? I eat clean and barely can stay at 2k. I want to eat your av FFFFFFFFfffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

    Really man eat some pb&j or something. Carbs won't kill you most likely

    Oh sorry what I was saying was, I don't want to eat MacDonalds but I can figure out how to eat another 500 calories. Thats a lot of whey and egg whites.

    wish i had that problem. when i fat guy bulked , :hsugh:, my breakfast was 1000 cals of whole foods. its not hard to eat clean and eat a lot

    those who care, my breakfast was something like this...

    3 scoops iso
    1.5 cups dry oats
    skim milk
    a few bananas
    some egg whites

    oh and im pretty much fail cutting too. 2 weeks or so in i was down 5lbs....weighed this morning, up 8lbs, eating the same thing

    it's really not hard to hit 2000 cals+ and eat real clean.
    Try eating more chicken or eggs, throw in some nuts or something.

    Stay away from those stupid smoothies they sell. The protein is probably crap and there is tons of sugar.

    Its a home made smoothey. I actaully used two scoops of super advanced whey protein. That put me up to 2000 calories FTW.

    I hit PRs after having a Arby's chocolate smoothie... they were giving it away that day. :hsugh:

    Now I need to come up with a workout routine. Ive been doing cardio aka hiking, or kayaking, mowing the lawn type of shit. But I have a membership to a gym. So I will start that tomorrow.

    I found it took a slight effort to hit 3000 cals while eating clean, but definitely not a problem, just eat a little bit more of all the things you are already eating. Drink milk
