that's not impressive
with a 225lb squat?
I don't want to knock the guys efforts/build but he seems to have virtually no lats.
It's very possible to be pulling 405 and have a shitty squat
He does look decent, IMO
decent. not that big or lean but definetly better than the average bear/gym goer.

I got weak knees and my form sucks on my squats but my bench and back are pretty strong... My shoulders need allot of work too..
first time I ever walked into a gym I pulled a decently clean 315 and squatted an ugly, grinding 185.
Yeah I got some weak squats. I do ok on the machines tho.......

Most I've squatted recently was an easy 260 x 6 on a box. Not sure what I can free squat right now.
