    second month in.. i dont have a before shot of same pose though..

    is my symetry ok so far? i think i need more lower back work to get a waist size smaller...

    bulking to 170, im 5'6 161lb

    You are not at a point where you even need to worry about symmetry

    Seated Row close and wide grip
    Pull ups (5x7)
    Front and Rear pull downs
    Shrugs
    Back Extension


    im still afraid to do deadlifts because of bad form..

    im picky about it though, if you seen my last thread, im scared to see one arm a little bigger than the other..

    You know what's weird..we are the same height but I looked thicker at a lower weight, but my legs aren't all that.

    How are your wheels?

    well ive always had a pair of weak ones but that doesnt mean im not hitting them hard..

    im changing up my routine to hit them twice a week.
    i squat 150:wtc:
    leg press 4 plates :wtc:

    thats all about to change cause they've been pissing me off lately

    i think it looks good. keep working, its only been 2 months. i think your lats are already wider than mine. luuuuuucky!

    its stupid to worry about symetry. you are the only one who is going to notice, and you are not big enough for it to matter for anything and you're not competing. all worrying about symetry is going to do for you is hinder your gains.

    not bad at all for your height and weight. You can see some definition. Just keep at it :bigthumb:

    No lower back fat/love handles ftw. :hs:

    You've only been lifting for two months?

    Give it some time, and start deadlifting. If you're worried about form use the bar or a damn broomstick if you have to and make sure everything is perfect on every rep.
