Rate My Back Progress

    Today I felt pumped up so I had my roommate take pictures of my back and I was shocked to see them. I've only been lifting since the middle of October and I've gone from this on November 28th:

    I am so pumped right now. I haven't seen my back since that day in November and I am so happy with the progress I've made. If you guys could rate my progress and give me advice/comments that would be awesome.

    Thanks a lot guys. I have been busting my balls trying to get bigger. All I need is my chest to catch up to the rest of my body.

    Well, my diet kind of sucks, but now that I'm back at school I can start eating more. I usually have 4 or 6 eggs with french toast and fruit and cereal in the morning. For lunch and dinner, I have salad, tuna and lots of chicken, hamburg and cheese. With that I have a total of 3 or 4 scoops of ON whey pre and post workout. I drink about 3 liters of water, but I need to cut soda out of my life.

    On back day I do four sets each of
    Iso-lat low rows
    Bent over t-bar rows
    Seated rows
    Pulldowns.
    Reps decrease with weight increases. As for my shoulders, the guy I trained with for the last month said that they grew like crazy. I definitely attribute that to my shoulder routine:
    Shoulder press
    Superset front, side and rear delt raises
    Upright rows
    Shrugs

    Your comments mean a lot to me. I expected to get flamed but you guys have really improved my mood even more.

    I actually pointed out my spine to my roommate. I have no idea what that is...maybe its the angle I'm standing at.
