Ok I will try to give as munch info as I can without writing a essay. I am a super newb so please hold my hand and walk me through this. Started the Body for Life program on 3/19. Starting weight 210lbs Waist 36-38 Body fat ~ 27% or metric ass ton, you pick BMI - 33.9 Cardio - non existence Weights - Weaker then a 10year old girl. I do weights M,W,F Upper body, Lower body, Upper body usually at lunch, workouts last about an hour. Cardio T,THR, SAT - I run for ~30-45min on hilly mountain terrain first thing in the morning before I eat anything. Diet is ~1800-2000 cals a day. I try to do 6 meals a day but it's rough trying to eat that often. I don't cheat and when I do eat it's pretty clean cals. At least two Myoplex shakes a day. Supplements: EC stack 25/200 30-45 mins before I run in the mornings. Daily multi Vitamin EAS Muscle Armor post weights workout. Results so far: At first I could not even run 1/2 mile with out stopping. Now I can run 3 miles before I need to walk a bit. My entire weight levels are way up from where I started. I am now at 186lbs as of lunch, started at 210. My waist is now a 34. BMI is 30.0. I look much better but I still have some gut, sweet love handles and some sexsi bitch tits. I actually have a resemblance of muscle tone in my arms and legs. So I am not satisfied with my results, I want to get down to 165ish. After reading a bit I am interested in trying some other supplements to help me along. I believe I have some testosterone lacking issues. So here is what I am thinkin. Yohimburn ES Thermorexin AIFM SesaPure Now is using all these at the same time harmful? Should I use some wait then use the others? In other words take one for a week then switch to a different one and so on. Also I really like the effects of using the EC stack before I run. Is it still ok to use that plus these other supplements? I don't want to hurt my body in trying to make it better. Do you guys recommend something else or different?
