Ok I will try to give as munch info as I can without writing a essay. I am a super newb so please hold my hand and walk me through this.

Started the Body for Life program on 3/19.
    Starting weight 210lbs
    Waist 36-38
Body fat ~ 27% or metric ass ton, you pick
    BMI - 33.9
    Cardio - non existence
Weights - Weaker then a 10year old girl.

I do weights M,W,F Upper body, Lower body, Upper body usually at lunch, workouts last about an hour.
Cardio T,THR, SAT - I run for ~30-45min on hilly mountain terrain first thing in the morning before I eat anything.
Diet is ~1800-2000 cals a day. I try to do 6 meals a day but it's rough trying to eat that often. I don't cheat and when I do eat it's pretty clean cals. At least two Myoplex shakes a day.

    Supplements:
EC stack 25/200 30-45 mins before I run in the mornings.
    Daily multi Vitamin
EAS Muscle Armor post weights workout.

    Results so far:
At first I could not even run 1/2 mile with out stopping. Now I can run 3 miles before I need to walk a bit. My entire weight levels are way up from where I started. I am now at 186lbs as of lunch, started at 210. My waist is now a 34. BMI is 30.0. I look much better but I still have some gut, sweet love handles and some sexsi bitch tits. I actually have a resemblance of muscle tone in my arms and legs.

So I am not satisfied with my results, I want to get down to 165ish.

After reading a bit I am interested in trying some other supplements to help me along. I believe I have some testosterone lacking issues. So here is what I am thinkin.
    Yohimburn ES
    Thermorexin
    AIFM
    SesaPure

Now is using all these at the same time harmful? Should I use some wait then use the others? In other words take one for a week then switch to a different one and so on. Also I really like the effects of using the EC stack before I run. Is it still ok to use that plus these other supplements? I don't want to hurt my body in trying to make it better.

Do you guys recommend something else or different?

Why change what works? You're doing fine. Keep doing it. You don't need the extra shit. Waste of money.

    Read the stickies.

    Next.

ps: if I read another "what should I do about losing weight" I'm going to kill myself.

adding in all of those supplements isn't the answer. You're doing well, just keep up the good work.

Dude seriously if you are making progress why change it and start adding all these supplements to your diet. Why not just add some more time to your workouts or increase intensity.

If you begin at say 1900, you'll lose weight in the beginning real fast, but what will you do when it stops after a couple of weeks ? Go lower ?

It's not even 10*bodyweight which is a really low number of cals. 15*bodyweight is usually the maintenance level. At your level you could probably just try to eat clean at first and your body composition should change (more muscle, less fat). There's no need to overdiet right now and already feel exhausted. Keep the low cals for when progress has slowed. I'd bump the cals by 250/day/week during the next 2-3 weeks, stay at 2500-2700 for a while with a solid diet (good macros) and training.

Dude, you are doing way better then i am and i think you should keep doing what you are doing. I started keeping track of my weight 3/15 when i weighted in at 204, today morning i was 193. I have been eating clean but cant do 6 meals/day. cheat often on the weekends since i am always going out. Work out 3 days a week, walk an hour during lunch and cardio is almost non-existent.

As far as the supplements are concerned:

I don't think Yohimburn ES is going to help you very much at this point -- it's quite a bit more useful for the stubborn fat when you've already gotten pretty lean.

SesaPure and Thermorexin would make your weightloss a lot easier.. can't go wrong with a thermogenic that has caffeine, yohimbine and synephrine.. and with SesaPure, the fat just comes off (I think its our best product).

AIFM may help if you have estrogenic issues.. is your fat pattern typical of a female? lots in the hips, upper chest, etc?
