15 might have too few focus points, dunno. But I like that you can see more of the tree :dunno:

Yeah I know. I put the focus point on just the swing and the thread but it didn't come out as well as I would've hoped.

I like 14 more than 15. Also, try Manual mode out. See how you like it

Hmm, I seldom feel the need to change both the shutter speed and aperture at the same time. Btw, this is my first SLR camera ever, but I how come I can't change the exposure on Manual mode? Is it suppose to be like that? What more can I benifit from shutting in Manual mode? Most of the day shots are shot in P mode.

In manual you use the light meter to control the exposure. When looking through the view finder and half depressing the shutter button, you can see your meter to change which ever one you need to, so you get the correct exposure. But sometimes people want things to be under/over exposed.

Just so you know, I'm new to everything, so if I'm wrong with anything, then the pro's will definitely correct me, as I hope they do

Same here. Too boring, no subject in most of them.......and they appear to have been shot in some sort of auto mode.

its an adapter he puts on the hood of his camera to make a square. Kinda like how if you make an "L with your left hand and a "7" with your right hand and then put them together is makes a square when you look threw it. Same principle.

Oops, I missed all the replies on this one :o

Used it on all the shots I think and then fixed the lightning a bit in Lightroom. Which pics are under/over exposed?

Hmm, sometimes I get the same feeling. I wonder why cause I don't see any major faults on the photos. Can you be more specific please?

Ah okay, no interesting subjects I can understand but none of them were shot in auto mode. Most of them are shot in either P,TV or AV. Maybe my subjects are just too boring.

My sarcasm detector is giving signals :squint:

Alright, maybe I shouldn't add those black borders anymore :dunno:
