I came home from a mini Florida vacation to 8 inches of snow.
I make the rules now.
i was skinny for the tournament, now im fat again that was only 2 weeks ago!!!!!

i won and popped my rib. so i havent been able to train hard since then, and thats how ive been gaining the weight
I decided not to apply. I got a raise while I was on vacation though, so that's nice.
i have chronic lower back pain. I ran on a treadmill for a mile, and then my back was hurting for the next two days. I have an elliptical machine in my house, but its not really high intensity. I gotta use it for like 20 minutes before i start getting tired. Am I doing something wrong? I thought those are supposed to be a good work out. I'm thinking of just doing bodyweight stuff like, jump lunges, squats, burpees and stuff...
Staying in Michigan is the reason I decided not to apply, haha. It has its positives.

last time i stood on a scale i was 148lbs and 10%bf
this morning i got on the scale
161lbs and 15%bf
don't think so, I can never get tired from the elliptical. but yea, calisthenics(sp?) are always good though, I use to do them all the time
you can't adjust the incline or resistance on the elliptical?
why did you not "give me love" then

can i do that type of workout without paying for a program.. i just need something to do at home that doesnt involve running. I dont know how to run for more than ten minutes without being in serious pain
