    Well, new to me.
Walked in and there was nothing but custom bolt guns in AICS and McMillan stocks and a few sweet ARs. Almost everything had a suppressor, which come to find out they build on site:kdubbd:
Their entire line of suppressors is titanium, but their .22cal is sealed. :(
At least I know where a good gunsmith is in the area now.

You found Jet? Weren't they the ones who were fucking people over and whatnot a while back, or was that another titanium suppressor manufacturer?

I get confused, there's a lot of drama in the 'can world.

I just priced their .22 can, it was ~$450.
I was actually just looking for 1911 grips for my 22/45. No go.

I did a bunch of research a few months ago when I was shopping suppresors, but don't remember seeing anything about Jet.

There's lots of smaller companies that make their own suppressors. They are very easy to make.

Although I guess you owuldnt have to pay the transfer fee, so it would save you a 100 off the top

That's true, but titanium can't be that easy to work with.

No different than carbon steel/stainless. Material costs are considerably more $$ though.

I'm seriously feeling the need for a Tacsol Paclite upper and a titanium suppressor

On anoter note: this was my first time to handle an AICS and it wasn't that geat. I'd much rather have a McM.

I really didn't like there being a seam where it connects together on the grip.
    Not comfy.

I haven't had much time behind one, but I wasn't immediately impressed either. Seems to be a love/hate kinda thing. I'm more of an McM guy myself, though I've seen a couple thumbholes that I could probably run.

Tried to find the drama involving JET, but haven't had much luck so far. Most of it went down on SH I think, and that site is stupid hard to find old stuff from (not to mention, they prune regularly). Also might have been another company entirely.

Raz, 996gt and all you other guys who follow that shit; Why is there so much shady shit involving that world? Seems like every week someone is doing/saying something stupid, or someone is ripping off a customer.

They had a Manners Carbon Thumbhole in there. It felt good, my dad really liked it.
