I'll be keeping a log of picture/diet in this thread. I know I'll pull hate for cutting at where I am but I'll take it. First thing it will get me started counting cals which I've had a hard time doing accurately. I also have a feeling I haven't been eating nearly as much protein as I thought I have, this should give me a good perspective of serving sizes for protein. My diet has been horrible for the past few months and this will help me get back on track to eating clean. This will help me understand a bit more about my body and pre/post workout nutrition. I'll be following the diet lyle describes in his modified PSMF book. After I finish I plan on moving into maintenance for a week or two then clean bulking for the summer. Cals will be recorded in fitday, screenshots of the day taken, pictures taken every few days and problems I experience. Fitday: http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=ralyks Diet will be broken down as: 250-300g protein + ~20g fat/day 6meals - 50g protein + ~3g fat My protein shakes contain about 3g carbs and 1.5g fat and it will be recorded, but I don't think it will be a problem. My job goes from 6:30-3:30 and I do heavy lifting most of the day - and am constantly walking around.
