Ralyks' Modified 2 Week PSMF

    I'll be keeping a log of picture/diet in this thread. I know I'll pull hate for cutting at where I am but I'll take it. First thing it will get me started counting cals which I've had a hard time doing accurately. I also have a feeling I haven't been eating nearly as much protein as I thought I have, this should give me a good perspective of serving sizes for protein. My diet has been horrible for the past few months and this will help me get back on track to eating clean. This will help me understand a bit more about my body and pre/post workout nutrition.

    I'll be following the diet lyle describes in his modified PSMF book. After I finish I plan on moving into maintenance for a week or two then clean bulking for the summer. Cals will be recorded in fitday, screenshots of the day taken, pictures taken every few days and problems I experience.

    Diet will be broken down as:
    250-300g protein + ~20g fat/day
    6meals - 50g protein + ~3g fat


    My protein shakes contain about 3g carbs and 1.5g fat and it will be recorded, but I don't think it will be a problem. My job goes from 6:30-3:30 and I do heavy lifting most of the day - and am constantly walking around.

    Costs:
    3 * boxes of chicken breasts = $42
    5lb ON Whey = $45
    Carton of eggs = $4
    6pack Flavoured water = $4
    400g beef = $4
    11serving bag of salad = $2.50

    Total: $101.5

    I'm going to stick to this for atleast week, just as much for the experience as anything. If I feel like it I'll do the whole 10days.
    I can't go into summer/bulking without some sort of cut, maybe it's a mental thing.

    Day 1
    I felt like crap this morning but it must have been the hangover. Feeling better than normal at the momment. I'm happily surprised with ON whey, it mixes perfectly in water and tastes good. I want to add yohimbine but am still not sure on dosing details so a little more research has to be done.

    It was mothers day, and we had a ton of japanese food for lunch :wtc: I sat there for about 20seconds looking at it, then grabbed a chicken breast and went downstairs. I still feel pretty good but definitely need to get some veggies/salads.

    Day 2

    Took 2.5mg yohimbine this morning after my breakfast, didn't notice much (slight tingling in stomach?) with a medium black coffee. Work went by surprisingly fast (it seemed), brain probably starving a bit. The work itself didn't feel any harder, just feeling a little lazy. My fat intake is ending up higher than I expected, is this such a bad thing?
