Just thought I'd share... I went into walmart today to pickup target roungs and the guy selling everything who usually waits on me said something rather disturbing..I know everybody on here said prices are supposed to go up but did you know how much??

He said they told them prices are supposed to DOUBLE in Sept.:madfawk:

Wally World is going to lose a shitload of money sitting on warehouses of ammo if they DOUBLE prices when everyone else is just going to bump in accordance with what the manufacturers are charging them.

Never take advice from strangers, especially those that work in gun stores or walmart.

this is true..but he's a good dude, and everything else he's said has been true. he told me what all was going up by how much last time and was right. He said before they even made the announcements ect that the boss told them double... Maybe it's only on some of the ammo but either way thats drastic..and they already quit sellin guns at most if not all of them so maybe this is how they're getting rid of ammo...raise it till nobody buys it than say nobody buys it so we got rid of it..not that they turned pro liberal.

Time to start reloading..if you shoot that many I'd be surprised if you don't already.. I think somebody said a box of 9mm costs like $6 or so to reload..better than $15...or if doubles $30!

my walmart already NEVER stocks .40. it really pisses me off too, because they have a lot of .45 and a lot of 9mm, then they have between 1 and 3 boxes. its not even worth the hassle of waiting the 25 minutes for a retard to come and unlock the case.

that just doesnt make sense. i dont see why they cant balance that shit out. i mean, if something flys off shelves, you replace it with more then last time, right? fucking idiots. im going to have to find a new wallyworld for .40. its still cheaper then buying online though, thats the sad part.

My Walmart needs to stock more American Eagle .223. They always have 1 or 2 boxes when I go.
