Back in the good ol' days, Herr Rahm would be tarred, feathered, and dragged out of town on a rail.

so if you're a supposed terrorist, why stop with the 2nd amendment? lets suspend habeas corpus. lets detain them for the sole purpose of searching their person/car/etc. lets not allow them to vote, or practice religion :ugh2:

hell, why not ship them off to guantanamo bay? can't commit acts of terror while you're locked up in there! :ugh2:

A lot of people are on it with the same name, but a different birthdate. It's whether or not you get cleared. If you're on the actual Do not fly list, you've done something at some point to raise a flag.

Oh, I don't agree with the No-Fly list at all. It's stupid, and you could easily get around it.

I work with it everyday checking the names of our charter customers against the names on the list. A lot of them are on the list because of similar names, but are "cleared" because since they have a different birthdate, they aren't the same person. How the list is made, or what you have to do to get on the list is something some figurehead in D.C. came up with, but at some point you have probably done something, or are tied in some way to family or friends of people suspected of terrorism. Again, still subjective.

I just realized some hilarious irony. Rahm's name is similar to the name of the gun responsible for gimptifying Jim Brady.

It used to amaze me how people can argue against something as being in violation of civil liberties and rights when it doesn't fit into their agenda and then completely embrace it once it works for them. Now, I just view them all as enemies to freedom and liberty and people that need to voted out of office. I don't advocate for the murder of anyone, seeing as that we still have a means of achieving success peacefully, it's just going to take a lot of work and a lot of education.

Don't know. I have a very common name, I have been told that might be why. I have been on it since I was 12 or 13 though, it's a huge pain in the ass.
