To you guys putting up decent numbers on your deads, what kind of numbers are you getting on rack pulls? Just curious what the ratio is between the two.

I don't do rack pulls, not sure if anyone considers a 550DL decent though

Some guys pull 500 and struggle with a 435 rack pull, and others like GTLifter pull around 700 and can rack pull 765x11...there's no standard of comparison

I would say that is pretty good, considering most people can't do half that.

For 99% of deadlifters there is no correlation between rack pull and deadlift. Rack pulls are a good movement... but theres little turnaround to the actual pull

I pulled 700 and was rack pulling like 685 LMFAOROFL>

FYI KIDRR I was jujst fucking around. But if you want some honesty, deadlifting 550 after 9 years of weight lifting, while weighing 240+, is not exactly good. Don't press me or you're cumming in my mouth faggot.

So it took you nearly 10 years to bench 315x10? Or you've only been benching for 1 year?

    I love you bro.
