Oh yeah..end time was 57:36 for the 10k. 9:17 a mile, slower than my last one of 9:14, but there were 30mph winds. I think if it had been a calm day I would have been under 9 minutes a mile.

i had to do the "Sporting Life 10k" for grade 11 gym last year. it's held annually in toronto. Good experience did it in ~50 minutes. dead by the end of it though

Yeah but your half was good! Like 10:40, right? You could break at LEAST a 10 minute/mile 10k I bet.
