QV Deca 300

    Alright guys,

    I've recently purchased some deca.

    I've been told two different things by two different people about how this will react with my body type.

    I used to work out/ cardio every day and that combined with diet i managed to burn a lot of fat and be in the shape i wanted. Then came the government job and that didn't do too much for the size of the hips.

    Now i'm back in the job i'd like to be in, it's a lot more physically demanding and involves a LOT of walking. I'm not in NEAR the shape i used to be, and haven't really hit a gym HARD for probably 3 months. I am very physically active though, but my food choices over the last few months have been horrible....i'm fixing that now :)

    I'd say i have about 20lbs of fat to lose. I'm 6' and 220lbs

    SO, i've bought this deca, done all my diet grocery shopping. Plan on shooting once a week and eating a lot of protein, carbs only b4 or after a workout (and good carbs, not bad), minimal salt, minimal sugar, tons of water.

    Now, i have one friend that says i'm going to bloat like a mother fucker and i'll never be able to lose weight. His argument is i should start w/ winny and then move onto deca later.

    now i know winny leans out and produces more lean muscle, but doesn't do much for bulking.

    My other friend, who is massive and has 3% body fat and works out daily, says deca is my better bet, that deca mixed with proper diet and some good cardio as well as good bulking weight lifting will produce the result i'm looking for.


    Wow that was long.

    Can you guys offer any insight before i start poking myself with this? I thought i was sure i wanted deca, but now i'm getting alternate sources here.

    Please don't preach to me about the side effects, i know them already ;)

    Also, if you're sure you're going to do anything.. just run some test enan or cyp w/ some boldenone and you'll gain size and lean out if you're diet is in check.

    Deca bloats a lot, it's not good for cutting down and loosing fat. I would take this time to simply increase your strength gains as much as possible so that you can burn more fat (because of the increased muscle mass) when the cycle ends.

    Your friend is right, winny would have been a better choice, also Deca isn't very good to take alone because it leaves you with a depletion of test. But it's up to you in the end.

    a few different sources and sites have deca will help lean out, is there any truth to that?

    yea.. take a 2 grams of deca a week and don't work out. you'll be get huuuuuuuugeeeeeeeeeeeeee

    taking steroids has actually shown to work without working out at all...

    i dont remember who posted the article, but the studies showed that

    men who worked out and didnt take steroids gained less LBM than men who took the steroids and didnt work out at all..:hs:
