quickest way to lose body fat and improve %?

    So here's the deal, I need to know if its even possible to lose say, 3-4% fat in about 2 weeks? I am doing some testing in a couple weeks. I'm currently trying the basics like eating low fat foods, chicken breasts, rice, beans and doing at least an hour of cardio a day.

    depends on several factors

    * your metabolism
    * your current weight
    * your current bodyfat

    3-4% on a 200 individual would be 6-8 pds of fat in 2 weeks so generally no, unless you have some *help* or REALLY GOOD genetics

    you can gety about half of that if you do everything perfectly about 2-3 pds of fat a week MAX

    I'm not in bad shape, I don't look fat and I'm in very good cardio shape. Numbers are tricky though

    let me guess going on spring break?

    only real solution is lipo.. to lose 3-4% of bf may take 6 mo or longer

    still highly unlikely to get you there. you'd need to get on a pretty serious ECY stack to even have a shot. I took out ~5% but it's taken me 2 months, not 2 weeks


    edit: no stims for me though. I like them too much

    Anyone have experience with ultrasound body fat testing? Anyway to make them read lower through hydration levels or are they not affected?

    and FWIW, a quick google search on ultrasound testing yielded this:

    "Ultrasound is NOT limited by hydration, caffeine, alcohol, exercise, fasting or time of day."

    basically, you are fucked. You should have started dieting harder 2 months ago
