My chest is really pathetic and weak. It's always been this way and I'm tired of it, but I don't want to over train it, so what's the quickest way to build mass?

    Barbell bench?

Would it be okay to have two chest/tricep days in a week or would that be overdoing it?

Find one of the typical compound chest movements that you actually feel in your chest and get stronger at it while gaining bodyweight.

the excercise that helped me the most was laying on a bench with a weight in each hand, arms stretched out to the sides, lift upwards, bringing your arms together, repeat

also, knuckle pushups with arms spread far apart

thats what worked for me, but took a while to show results

bench press is probably your best bet, do wide pushups on the days you don't press

I recommend you seek a second opinion :mamoru:

Just do heavy weights (whatever is heavy for you). Alternate Between straight bar and DBs, figure out which gives you a better burn/pump/makes you more sore and then go with that. But still throw the other ones in from time to time to shock the muscles.

this is exactly why the internet is great, you can say something worked for you, but in reality, you hardly have any chest mass

I've always just stuck to the basics, rotate around BB and DB presses, flies, etc.

Incline bench should be the first exercise in your routine.

been doing this twice per week off and on the last couple months and my upper chest is finally gaining some mass. I wish i could do it 2x a week regularly but I don't want to neglect my military press... I've just been using incline in place of military due to injuries lately.

site growth from prop is a myth. And the oil dept in that ammount wont result in much fascial stretching. What you need to do is 9cc's synthol in each pec, 3 rows x 3 1cc in each injection site.

    Or so I'm told:hsugh:
