My friend is getting married next Saturday (29th) and she is in the mode where she just wants to lose fat. We have been going to the gym pretty regularly this summer, on average about 4 times a week. Her workouts usually include about 30 mins of cardio followed by light weights. She seems concerned now that she doesn't want to do weights anymore because she is afraid she will feel too bulky in her dress. I've told her that she isn't going to bulk up from doing light weights and she should stick to what she is doing, but she is just concerned about looking as thin as possible on her wedding day. She is by no means fat, I think she looks fine, but you know how girls are. So I told her if she is just concerned about losing fat that she should try to do about 1 hour of hard cardio every day until her wedding and try to eat as little as possible. She knows that this is extremely unhealthy, but like I said, she just wants to lose as much weight as fast as possible, then she is going to get back in her normal training workout. Do you all have any other advice about the quickest way to lose fat over the next 10 days?
