I'm doing a 3 month weight loss challenge at work, the weigh in is tomorrow at 2:00 pm.... any suggestions on how I can maximize my weight between then a in now. I know water weight, so eat salty food. I heard bananas are good.

    Any other suggestions...Thanks.

If I can maximize my water retention which will increase my weight at the start of the challenge and then be able to shed that water weight, its a 3 month competition, then the chances of me having a higher percent of weight loss is increased.

Drink as much water as you can before you weigh in.

    .

The potassium in bananas will actually cause you to lose sodium/water. Get your hands on 20-30g creatine if you can.

Other than that, just eat as much as you can, don't pee/poop for a few hours before the weigh in, and chug water.

lots and lots of sodium. eat lots of sugary foods. avoid alcohol. This will all cause your body to retain shitloads of water. Speaking of retaining shit... dont poop? Your body holds something like 3-15 lb of feces at any given time.
