I am cutting. Is it okay to have Brown Rice mixed with Tuna for my last 2 meals of the day? 1 cup of brown rice and 1 can of tuna. If so, my diet will look like this. 7:15 - Whey Protein Shake (400 calories, directly afte 30 minute jog) 11:15 - medium sized salad 3:15 - 4 egg white omlette with half of a chicken breast cut up, mixed with small portion of mushrooms and green/red peppers. Serving of cottage cheese 7pm - rice and tuna 10pm - rice and tuna, cottage cheese If not, I can make it Rice and the other half of that chicken breast for 1 meal. Or, I can just have a chicken breast, some fruit, and some vegetables. Help?
