Quick routine question...

    So basically I only have time to go to the gym on monday, wednesday, and friday. I am trying to find out a way to maximize my workouts. Is there any way to effectively work each muscle group 2 times per week? Im trying to find a way to get in chest, shoulders, back, arms atleast 2 times per week, but im finding it hard to space it all out over 3 days. Seems kind of impossible to me. Any suggestions?

    Sad.... 6 posts of nothing... hooray f&n crew....

    Anyone got any usefull info? And I will be doing SOME leg workouts... but i already know what I want to do for that... hence why I asked you guys for upper body info... And... by unproportional... I have been working legs for 5 years.... I only started doing anything upper body wise about 5 months ago. So... I am trying to catch up. I will be doing some minor leg workouts but I want to keep the focus on upper body
