So basically I only have time to go to the gym on monday, wednesday, and friday. I am trying to find out a way to maximize my workouts. Is there any way to effectively work each muscle group 2 times per week? Im trying to find a way to get in chest, shoulders, back, arms atleast 2 times per week, but im finding it hard to space it all out over 3 days. Seems kind of impossible to me. Any suggestions?
