Quick queston, someone take a look please

    Just kinda got confused while lookin over some new 4 day splits. As of now im on Monday- chest and tris, tues- back and bi's, thurs-shoulders and abs, friday-legs split. what exercises should i do for shoulders and what should i do for back? im kinda confused on which lifts work what cuz i always thought pull ups and rows were for shoulders, and when i was lookin up new splits it had that under back day. thanks everyone for the input

    rows and pullups are for back... as are deadlifts and variations of pulldowns

    Look at the body builder sticky and take some of those body part specific movements and put them on your appropriate days.
