    So I'm trying to find out my BMR but I don't know what activity level factor rock climbing would fit into. I climb four at least 2.5 hours/3-4 days a week. If someone can give me an educated guess that'd be great :bigthumb:

    Rock climbing is tough as shit. So, similar to something very intense.

    Thanks, that's similar to what i was thinking but i didn't want to over calculate it and fuck everything up. Any second opinions?
