I would like to know if this exercise http://www.exrx.net/AnimatedEx/LatissimusDorsi/CBPulldownRear.gif is harmful to me in the short/long run. I have heard that behind the neck pull downs can be harmful to your shoulders since it is not a very natural motion. I am pretty flexible, but I would like to make sure that I won't get injured/hurt. In case you need to know, my back workout is simply front pull downs (same as the above but in front of my head), then the behind the neck pull downs, and then I finish with some seated rows. Thanks in advance:)

Could someone tell me if specifically behind the head pull-downs are harmful?
