I drank one of those "redline" energy drinks before my workout today and the turnout was wonderful. I was completely full of energy and pretty happy overall. It obvious the drink elevates your heartrate by an extreme amount, i was wondering how dangerous these drinks may be...Does anyone have any suggestions?
    -Thanks!

It doesn't just have to do with how much you weigh and how tall you are.. It has to do with how your body deals with the chemicals and where you natural levels already are.
