    Hmmm I'd think it would weigh more than then an olympic bar, would it not ?

    it varies. a small sled can be like 45lbs. a big one 75-90lbs. but it varies with each machine.

    Depends on the machine, some are pretty heavy. My school gym I can throw a lot more plates on for reps than I can the one at home.

    i have always wondered this but never considered it to factor in with the weight... no one i know ever does either... just go with what plates are on.
