so i've got a couple of tattoos already (that i'm looking to get fixed up/redone/converted into half sleeves) but i'm wondering about having a quote done... how small and detailed can the writing be without blowing out and looking like shit down the road? i've been wanting to get a nice quote on my wrist for a while now but i'm worried it's going to be too big to be covered up by a watch or bracelet, (i need to be able to cover it up) because it isn't just a couple words. so basically i need to know how small it can be, while still being legible and permanent.

for those that are curious, or if it will help answer my quesiton, the quote i have in mind is "this above all; to thine own self be true" from hamlet. alternatively i was thinking of "know thyself", said by socrates and was the inspiration for the other quote (or so i've heard)
