Quick question about protien

    I searched andreally didnt find what i was looking for...simple question...

    what is the difference between protien you get from chicken and fish (food in general) and whey protein?

    I personally find it hard to dissolve chicken in my milk. :dunno:

    I think that its a different type of protein, whey is a fast absorbing protein which is why its good for a post workout shake.

    whey protein doesnt need to be slowly absorbed,its quick
