I'm a little bit confused on exactly when to take my shakes.

    I was taking Whey Protein (20g) post-workout.

Then I decided to take it pre workout, then I took it before I went to sleep.

Would it be better for me to take Whey Pre-Workout, then get a Casein to take before I sleep?

    TIA

Casein would be best before bed, if you dont have it then just use 16oz milk with your bedtime shake instead of water.

Milk would spoil quick in my house. I was thinkning maybe trying that ON Casein (http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=1643).

Also, I usually lift at 10:00pm, so this would put my 2 shakes 3-4 hours apart.

Side note, I usually wake up starving to death.

    Ecto, 6' 141lb. Lost 10lbs when I stopped lifting from July-Oct.

    I'm just worried about this.

    Dinner: 8:00
    Shake: 9:30
    Bed Shake: 12:00

Is that not all to close together?

I know last night I had a huge fucking burrito, then my shake then went lifting. Thought I was going to puke, lol.
