146 to 164. This is the first time I've thought my arms have shown some actual progress and look halfway decent :hs: But I've got a long way to go. This is about 4 months into working out heavy again.

Good, put up 205 on the bench a few days ago which was a pretty big milestone. Went up easy after a full set of benching beforehand.

I'd still like to put on 10-15 more pounds as well.

The only one I have from the side is with my arms pushed against my side flexing my tricep, which makes my arm look a little bigger than it is so it's not really accurate. :hs:

I'm scared to check :noes: I wouldn't guess anything over 14 or so though :hs: No tape measure or anything.

Before pic - it's really shitty and not in the same position at all but you can see I was flabby and skinny at the same time :hs: This was in August/September

And here's the pic of me from the side I mentioned, like I said my arm is pressed against my body so it looks slightly bigger but still shows good definition in the tricep.

keep up the work dude. have you been hitting your tris hard? they take up 2/3rds of your arm...so don't slack on those.
