Just wanted to post up a quick post meet report..

    USAPL Bench/Deadlift Championships

    BW - 99.2 Kilos

Bench - (in lbs) - Titan Fury
279 - miss (out of the groove.. bar came towards face)
    28X - Good Lift
    303 - Good Lift

Deadlift - (in libs) - Inzer Z suit
    479 - Good Lift
    501 - Good lift
512 - miss (real close.. something to aim for at my next meet)

303 and 501 are numbers I've been looking to hit at a meet for a while now so it was a great day for me overall. Its been an extremely long day though. I'll write more later.

good job, get a real DL suit, like a metal assuming you pull conventional.

Sumo.. I am gonna pick up a titan dl suit soon. The z-suit was my first squat suit that I had my coach hem in a bit and rabbit eat to get it tight on me. Not sure if I really get anything out of it but yeah.. The sumo suit is on my to buy list.

If you are pulling summo, just pick up a dual quad/hardcore/TRX. They are good, everyone on our team has had good luck with them.

i've got the titan deadlift suit cut for sumo, i like it even though the legs are pretty short. Elite is having a metal sale again and I've heard the IPF v-type squatter or whatever is badass for pulling sumo. Is going for around 100 with the 25% off

    nice job btw

Yes, I would say a tight IPF-v type would be the cat's pajama's for sumo...

How did you do in the event? What place? Great dead lift!!

Your bench seems really low for bw @ 219 lbs. Im sure you can do much higher man!

I was in the out of state open division so I got some token hardware for the meet. As for my bench.. well I'm working on it. Goal is to have a 315 raw bench by my next meet in december.
