Im not a noob to working out, but to the diet part I am.

This is the first time I am on a legit diet (my competitor/trainer friend set me up). I have been working out, so this diet is for cutting.

I am almost done with week 2 so he is going to change it up soon... what I'm wondering is when will I start to see the most results? I've heard around week 6. I already see obvious results with reduction in bf% but I am ready to see more. Obviously it isn't gonna happen overnight and it takes months/years of training/dieting to see your real results...but, how long? :mamoru:

p.s. Once you get into the habbit of eating healty, its so easy... I love it, I don't crave bad foods anymore either. So all in all its a win/win :bigthumb:

Your not going to get an influx of results all at once. It's going to be slow and gradual. If you're cutting you should see results come together over the weeks. If your progressing, especially at 1lb a wk, you probably won't notice a difference from one day to to the next which is why many people take pictures once a month or so then compare them, since it will be easier to SEE results.

:wtc: I've posted my diet in other threads :dunno:

No, I didn't expect you to search, sorry I'll do that now.

    Breakfast
    1 egg
    3 egg whites
    2 packages instant oatmeal

    Snack
    2 rice cakes

    Lunch
10oz 97% fat free ground turkey patties
    1cup brown rice
1cup veggies (either brocc or green beans)

    Snack
    1/2cup Almonds
    Apple

    Workout
    Protein shake
    glutamine

    Dinner
    8-10oz lean meat (tilapia,turkey,chicken,tuna)
    1cup brown rice
1cup veggies (brocc or green beans)

    Snack
    yogart
    peanut butter

Thats it. I drink as much water as possible throughout the day but I don't keep track of it.

I work out 5 days a week, and do cardio 5 days a week.

Cardio consists of a treadmill inclined to 8 out of 15 at a speed of 3.5 for 30minutes. Some days I turn it up to 3.7-3.9.. its a walk uphill and I normally don't stop until the treadmill (however accurate it is) says I've burned at least 350 calories.
