    What he said.

    Wheat Bread - Good
NATURAL PB - Great (Healthy fats ftw)
    Bananas - Good

As long as it falls into your macro and calorie allotment for the day, eat up.

PB is very calorie dense, be aware of that!

(I am sure you know this because you've lost a lot of weight)

Comes down to figuring out how much weight you want to lose, and how badly you want it gone. Doesn't sound like priority, so don't stress it. Eat healthy and maintain. Nothing wrong with that.

If you want to lose more weight, one of the most effective things you can do is log everything you eat. You'll be surprised how much you really eat..

Not something I would personally eat on a diet.
