Quick & Healthy Recipes?
What all do you guys eat when you're in a hurry that is quick and healthy?
frozen chicken tenderloins + foreman
then I'll dice up whatever veggies I have on hand

I always thaw them before the foreman, maybe it's not necessary
Like, cook for work lunch quick.

No, like run home and quickly make something, other than a sandwich .
I remember a lot of guys here cooking in batches and freezing it for later. I just can't remember what they typically used
the stove and their freezer.
make a salad with canned tuna/salmon/chicken
i usually just cook a bunch of chicken breast one night and eat that throughout the week
yeah I used to do that. the tenderloins were thin enough that it didn't matter. a whole breast might be different

yeah, either marinate it or just throw some seasoning on there... black pepper, garlic pepper, lemon pepper, whatever you like
usually as a side, i have quinoa, brown rice, steamed veggies, sauteed spinach... anything, really

It's quickest to prepare stuff in advance. 5 minutes tops to defrost + reheat a chicken breast in the microwave.
For snacks, pre-cooked hardboiled eggs. Whole-wheat toast + natty PB. Hell a spoonful of peanut butter straight up.
Edit: for chicken I've been throwing a bit of mozzarella on top then pouring on some good all-natural marinara sauce (it has less sugar). Throw that in the oven for 30 at 375 and it comes out delicious. I'll make 8 breasts at a time, enough for lunch for a week.
i try to keep a few lbs of some kind of deli lunch meat and i'll throw it on some bread with a slice of cheese or something juicy if i need something quick.
Need to start doing something for work, too. I don't enjoy spending $200/mo eating bullshit
But if you want something really quick, you can pan fry up some fish in 5 or 6 minutes easy

shitty. you could always try and buy some vacuum packaged fish in bulk from somewhere? some if that stuff is actually better than buying "fresh" from stores because it's frozen when it's just about perfect and doesn't sit out
peanut butter mixed with solid white albacore
a couple lowfat string cheeses and some nuts
take some chicken breast and marinate in low fat italian dressing, roll around in crush corn flakes and bake up a shit ton in advance.....then toss one on some wheat bread with mustard or hot sause
this sounds really good.
scrambled eggs are quick as hell, toss some chopped veg in there too. takes less then 10 minutes.
Could also be possessive, but the sentence isn't structured properly for that.
