Quick diet question

    I'm 6'0" and 165lbs, about 18%BF. I consider myself skinnyfat, I'm tall and pretty thin but I have a little bit of gut, love handles, etc. I want to gain muscle mass yet decrease this BF percentage. Should my eat to bulk or cut at this point? :sadwavey: *Flame suit on* :noes:

    take advantage of the newbie gains and bulk for a few months, then cut down to desired body fat, then slowly begin bulking back up

    Off and on for 2-3 months, my work schedule has been flopping black and forth (paramedic) and I've been trying to take on too many things (weights, running, Crossfit, swimming). Trying to find the optimum balance.

    Holy fuck how do you eat 6 EW + 2 eggs + oatmeal + protein in one sitting?

    Step 1: Prepare food
    Step 2: Open mouth
    Step 3: insert loaded fork/spoon into mouth
    Step 4: chew and swallow
    step 5: repeat as necessary.
