    i'm 5'5" 135lbs.. trying to gain about 15lbs

i've been trying to set up a diet with fitday.com... what c/p/f ratios are recommended? right now it's at 45/33/22 @ 3168 calories

i would add more protein, but at 135lbs, i think 250 grams is enough :dunno:

also, can someone give me cliffs on dextrose and flaxseed oil?

    thanks

doesn't look bad, a lil less protein, lil more fat and carbs is where i'd go

if i lower the protein, my calories go way down

the ratio is now 48/30/22 @ 2747 calories

supposedly, i need 3440 calories to gain 1lb/week

but i have a feeling i'm only getting about 2000 calories per day right now, so i'll see what 2747 does for me

    another question..

do hardboiled eggs and scrammbled eggs have the same nutritional value?

seems like they would, but i heard protein can be destroyed if it gets burned.. and i like my scrammbled eggs dry
