Would I be able to shoot 7.62 NATO rounds through a Rem. 700 SPS?
    I know that some AR`s/bolt guns in .223,you can`t shoot 5.56,only.223.
So,am i stuck with just using commercial .308,or will i be able to use both?

you should be able to. Technically theres a difference between the 2 but most cases just changing headspacing fixes the problem.7.62x51 and 308 are very similiar so most of the time its not an issue

I always thought that 7.62x51 was loaded to lower pressures then .308. I have seen a lot of controversy with rebarreled mausers some say that .308 is ok some say .762 only because commercial .308 is too high pressure of a round.

    Both from wiki.

The military 7.62x51mm cartridge is nearly identical to the commercial .308 Winchester. NATO controls specifications for the military round while SAAMI controls specifications for the civilian round. The organizations have established two differences: the standard pressure is 50,000 psi for most military rounds, while the SAAMI maximum is 62,000 psi for the civilian round.

The military chamber is specified to be 1.645 inches, compared to the civilian chamber of 1.632 inches. Though this difference is just 0.013 inches,[2] a chamber of acceptable military length will put excessive stress on the thinner civilian brass, causing premature head separation. While it is not unsafe to mix .308 and 7.62x51mm ammunition, fewer problems will be encountered if the correct caliber designation is used.

shoot 7.62 in a 308 chamber fine, be weary of shooting the higher pressure 308 in a 762 chamber

Where can I find a list of SAAMI specs for commercial .308? Are they all >50K psi?

You'd probably have to contact the manufacturers directly
