Questions for Chuck on CutDiet

    Welcome to the forum Chuck.

    I haven't recieved the book yet but.. I look forward to giving the diet a try for atleast 8 weeks or so. Since I don't have the book my questions will be general. Do you perscribe any specific weight training methods(rep schemes/time under tension/etc)? What are the must have supps for those who are budget minded? Any tips to make life easiers (food prep). Any other things someone should know before attempting the use this diet?

    I'm tempted to order the book as after this weekends meet I'm going to start a pretty intense cutting phase and try to drop 30-50lbs in however long that takes.

    Is the cut diet designed for people who are already low to medium bodyfat and looking to get shredded or big fat bastards as well?

    Also people, keep this thread civil and free of bullshit.

    I'm assuming the cutdiet is mainly for shredding down. What are the main principles that apply to macro and micro ratios, also what about weight training?

    If I don't get shredded on 3500 calories/day, will you return my monies?

    Why do you make such a point of high meal frequency and thermic effect as no studies whatsoever show that it makes any difference?

    What the hell sets of 50 in the final week? I'm sure that's a good idea for naturals.

    The high meal frequency probably has a lot to do with the fact that our bodies don't have stores for amino acids/protein except for the muscles. The higher meal frequency might be better for body composition than eating 2-3 times a day.
    It might also be related to a more subjective factor that helps people stay on the diet.
    Sets of 50 might be related to glycogen depletion...

    If this is a book that talks about "clean" foods and frequency eating, what makes this diet book different from the others i already have on my shelf?

    Its a book that we have put out to assist people in getting ready for competition or who just want to get shredded while saving muscle mass.
