go to hmotorsonline.com or osakamotors.com and order the motor. it comes with everything you'll need (mounting brackets, wiring harnesses, etc.). except instructions, so i hope you know what you're doing

do not buy from osakamotors.com if you need reasons join Honda-Tech and search for them. no good.

hmotorsonline.com on the other hand seems to have a great customer service and sell you motors that you can actualy drop right in. give them a shout.

B16 swap info is all over the net. search for it and you'll find it.

The motor will drop in, no need to change mounts or anything. You'll really only need the tranny and something to control VTEC with...like a VAFC. I'm probably missing a good portion of the stuff, but that's the big stuff.

    you don't need a v-afc on a stock motor.

if you go through hmotorsonline (or purchase any jdm motor), be sure to purchase the B16A SiRII so you do not have to do any cable-hydro or OBD converting. ( http://hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc2000search.cgi?what=page&item=30005 )

OR, if not going with a jdm motor, you can get a b16a3 (94-97 del Sol VTEC engine), or a b16a2 (99-00 civic Si engine). you should have an easier time obtaining a jdm engine than a legit usdm...

I didn't say you did. I said you need some way to control VTEC engagement. If you're not going to get the b16a ecu, then you need to get a VAFC to tell it when to cross into VTEC. If you have the VTEC ecu, then all is fine and dandy.

And I honestly wouldn't bother with a B16A3 or A2 when you could get a nice B16A for the same price (or even less). Honestly, I wouldn't bother with a B16 at all....Turbo B18B1 all the way!
