Ive been doing alot of lower back lately.. Progressing weekly. But i NEVER do ab work...ever..

Now, can this cause posture issues? Im noticing while my bf is not increasing, i stick my stomach out, and my lower back arches in pretty far. Its to the point where i almost have to be aware of it and correct it otherwise i look like im developing a beer belly:hsugh:

Make sure you're stretching your hip flexors (the psoas attaches to the spine so tightness will increase lordosis). As far as ab strengthening, check out this article, Core Training for Smart Folks. If you want to read more about posture then check out EC and MR's series of articles entitled Neanderthal No More.

I'm actually having some problems with my hip flexor. Sitting down in a chair with a straight left leg and raising that hurts what I think is the tendon there. Any ideas?

You think stretching? Or just laying off from any unneeded stress? Or both?

EDIT: Actually I was just looking it up, looks like that's exactly what it is. I'm going to do some more research now. Thanks Ceaze.
