if a 1g cap is 40/20 - that mean 600g of it is made up of polyunsaturates, (omega-3 in this case).

    what's the other 400g?

    Saturated or Unsaturated?

It's liquid therefore it's mostly unsaturated. But don't get caught up on the saturated/unsaturated stupid buzzwords. The only difference between the two is a pi bond or an extra hydrogen.

And because you're probably going to ask, if it's not saturated, and you already have 600 mg of polyunsaturated, what other option is there? Because there's your answer.

i do, just not enough to get 10g of Omega-3 daily (which is what's recommended for someone in training).

I love salman, and i love cooking it.

But, i CAN'T stand any type of canned or pickled fish. Fresh all the way or GTFO (besides anchovies of course, and you cant very well make a meal of those)

edit: 10g of omega-3 would rquire me eating 2.4lbs of salmon daily.....right.
