I use the Six Star brand from Walmart, it's a mono/cee blend.

Also I had another question. I am about to buy some supplements and I am curious if this would be a good pre-workout stack..

    2 scopes of Nano-Vapor
1 rounded teaspoon of Creatine Mono
    1 rounded teaspoon of L-Glutamine

I have Optimum 100% Whey Protein for after my workout.

All you need is mono, caffeine and crack.
