Ive been lifting pretty casually the passed 6 months. Gained a few pounds of muscle and can see the difference. I have a lil problem though - my right arm is NOTICEABLY larger than my left. I do the same amount of lifting each arm. It was like this way before I even started...... Besides just my biceps I can notice it in my delts as well. Its like the left side seems puny compared to the left. Is there anything I should do? Just keep working my left and stop my right for awhile? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thx.
