How is that different from basicly just eating 5 - 7 small meals a day consisting of whole foods with protein, veggies and complex carbs?

They're selling a bunch of supps. and you take them while working out. Looks interesting, don't know if I could keep the diet quiet that specific tho...

There is more to it then that.. which includes carb timing and workout routines.

And by ''carb timing'' you mean ''no carb except fibrous veggies and refeed''.

    Generally, yeah.

I got the CutDiet book with my BN purchase a couple months ago and tried it out for a couple weeks but it was just way too difficult for me to keep it going at college.

Having broccoli ready for basically every meal was tough during exams and such (even though I prepared it in advance).

I didn't use Xtend or any other supps (besides WPI), just the workout routine and diet.

I felt GREAT when I was on it, but eventually fell out of it during a tough week and never got back on. Now I just follow NoQ's plan and it's a lot more convinient for me.

    It's a fad anyway.
