I bought steaks the other day and for 4 oz. it says it has 210 calories and 20g protein. However, that's with fat included. Does it seem feasible that if I trim the fat off the outside I can use Calorieking's breakdown of 208 cals and 34.6g of protein for a 4oz serving?

Fluctuate between 180 and 190 depending on fluid intake. So yes, I'm small as hell.

that 400-500 calories throughout the day isn't gonna mean shit. You're 190 lbs, chances are you don't have your body down good enough to know your numbers you need to be at

400-500 calories definitely means something considering I'm trying to get leaner.

My goal is to be as large as possible with relatively low bodyfat. The problem is that I've been retarded about diet since I started lifting. I always did a dirty bulk to a shitty bodyfat and then would cut down to a still shitty bodyfat. I want to do it correctly this time by getting down to a good bodyfat, doing a long, slow bulk while keeping bodyfat in check, and eventually having to diet for a short amount of time to lose the excess fat.

I really wouldn't worry about it :dunno: If you are, look for Laura's Lean Beef. Their eye of round is 135 cals and 20ish grams of protein for 4 oz servings.

True. I'd like to be a solid 285 in the offseason.

what's so hard about using an electronic scale? I don't eat steak, but nearly all chicken breasts are about 4 oz and you know exactly what their nutrional facts are.
