so I know a routine should change every 3-4 months. Recently I started using lighter weight and instead of 4 sets of 10, 4 sets of 12, and started doing different exercises...I know two more reps is not a big change but will it do anything? Should I change to 3 sets of 12 reps? I am trying to start cutting for summer...

youd be better off changing it more often than that, and try to INCREASE weight, not decrease it.

why change the routine so often? most here can do the same thing for a couple of years (with increasing weight) and still make gains.

there's no reason to "change" anything unless you become stagnant.

well you see people with shit routines all the time and they gota change it.

if you change your routine, you work out different muscles your body didnt even realize it had... assuming you change it significantly.
