question on bulking

    I can't really stand to eat so many meals..im just not hungry.I find myself not able to consume enough calories.. Is there some caloric dense foods/suppliments i can take so i am not loosing muscle mass? im allready at 180 grams of protein a day.. im 3 days on 1 off.

    no. Stop being a bitch and start eating. You will not be losing muscle mass if you got an efficient amount of calories

    box of kraft macaroni and cheese every day
    Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass weight gainer post workout
    High calorie fast food (I like Fazoli's Submarino's, over 1000 calories, but not sure if you have Fazolis where you're located)

    i dont know..i wanted to eat more calories but not eat shitty foods.. i guess ill just start eating more. :hsd:

    in the end - food is food. (ugh chris is kinda rubbing in on me). Keep a sufficient protein intake + excess amounts of calories and you will pack on weight.

  15. Yea it is called eating clean.. That is why all you get fat when you bulk.. i eat 3500-4k cals bulking CLEANLY.. 380-400g GOOD carbs, 350g protein, and about 65-80g GOOD fats..

    besides the sodium levels, the mac and cheese is pretty healthy I think.

    don't drink liquids while you are eating too. :o I find out I can eat an insane amount of food if I don't drink too much water/soda.
