Not trying to bypass anything, just trying to stay legit.

I have a user who currently uses CS2 premium and wants CS3. If I buy the CS3 upgrade and install it, do I basically have to shelf the CS2 package and not use it ever again? I tried reading the adobe license agreement, but hell's lawyers have done a good job of making it not very clear, so I don't know. I'm asking because I have a different user who needs Indesign, and it won't matter for him if it's CS, CS2 or CS3. If I can avoid having to shell out $800 for a stand alone version of Indesign, I'd like to do that.

I have a feeling it's not ok to do that, but not 100% sure.

you're best off emailing Adobe for that. Then you have it in writing, too.

Whatever anyone says at OT it's just heresay... Get it from the source.
